The Infamous Quilt

If you're a faithful reader then you know about this quilt. For my new readers, I'll explain: When I get off from work and on my off days I like to just hang around my house. Lately, I haven't known how to occupy my free time. For the past 33 days I worked on this quilt and it's finished. I don't know how to sew on a machine so I did it all by hand.

Try not to be too harsh...it's nothing fancy. Just something I thought he might like. Tell me if you think it looks like complete crap because if so I don't want to give it away as a gift.

The quilt is a full size. I had to fold it in half for pictures. This is one side...
A close up on a section of fabric
Another close up of the fabrics
More fabric...
What the back looks like...

i used a LOT of exclamation points in that paragraph.

sookie stackhouse books def count! i almost picked up dead until dark (i'm guessing that's the first one), but i just watched the series on TV so i think i'll let that rest for a while. are they good?

I LOVE all those colors together. I'm so impressed by you! You should really keep that to give to him. You took the time to make it for him. That'll be something he can have 60 years from now and now you made it by him for him!

You said the other day you want me to be your personal chef, well I will assuming you'll be my personal quilter! I love by the way, I could never manage something like that especially so quickly.
