Let the holiday recaps begin! If you follow me on instagram, twitter or facebook then you know that I was able to go home for the holidays!
My journey home began with a red eye on Saturday, December 22nd. I didn't get home until the afternoon of the 23rd but hey... that's what red eyes are all about. Once I landed it was time to wrap all of those Christmas gifts I had been getting shipped to WV for three months. 60 presents later and only one causality... He just wasn't up for all the wrapping. Ha!
A new bike! Star Wars!
Every year I set up my grandma's Christmas tree for her and this year was no different. Since I was coming into town so close to Christmas, I figured she would set it up early but she totally waited for me! I made my way up to her house and got it all set up!
Josh and I had his son for all of Christmas Eve and the morning of Christmas. We decided to let him open all of the presents from us and on Christmas morning he could open the gifts that Santa dropped off. He was super excited about that decision because it allowed him to open gifts and have new toys on Christmas Eve.
After Josh, his son and I, opened presents I headed back to spend Christmas eve with my mom. We took ugly Christmas sweater photos...
We went and looked at Christmas lights...
And then we opened up our one present. It's a tradition that we exchange one gift on Christmas eve and then get ready for Santa to visit. Well don't worry too much guys... I was a good girl this year and Santa brought me presents!!
